B2B Invoice Payments

Sell to trade buyers on account. A salesperson builds an offer, the company approves it online, and an invoice is issued on the same order engine as consumer checkout.

A salesperson builds an offer as a draft order in the dashboard, with company-specific discounts applied, and sends it to a contact at the company. The contact opens the offer in the storefront, reviews the lines, and can drop items they do not need before responding.

If the company admin has granted the contact permission to accept orders, the contact approves the offer and an invoice is issued as the order enters fulfillment. Company admins manage their own account, contacts, and permissions in the storefront, so approvals stay with the right people.

Trade accounts run on the same cart, catalogue, and order trail as consumer checkout. Companies not yet approved as invoice customers can still complete the same offer through any other payment provider, and every order exports to your ERP and finance systems through one integration layer.
